A new pick every 15 minutes.
The winner becomes the next reward stock, subject to a working swap route. The bot checks for payouts every 5 minutes.
If nobody votes: the current stock stays. Ties keep the current stock if it is tied for first; otherwise ticker order breaks the tie. An unavailable winning stock leaves the current reward in place.
Payouts depend on received fees. Each recipient’s new token-account rent is deducted from their allocation; small allocations carry forward.
Stock changes apply to new payout rounds. A payout already in progress finishes in its original stock. Credits for a previous stock wait until that stock is selected again. Wallet-based voting allows one vote per eligible wallet, not one per person.
